The arrangement was beautiful and bigger in person than pictured; the arrangement was full of flowers! The roses were absolutely beautiful, colors were gorgeous, fresh and elegant. Hydrangea and a variety of other flowers really made it special. had a question before I placed my order and received a call back from the Flower Shoppe the same day, so they are very responsive and kind. I would recommend them and will use them again. Thank you!

EDIT: Replacement flowers were sent and they are beautiful. Very grateful for you making this right. I understand things happen and mistakes are made but this was dealt with very nicely. Thank you again. 5 STARS! --- Received notification that they were delivered which was incorrect so that ruined the surprise and then when they were delivered some were wilted and definitely not the quality you would expect for the money spent and the aggravation of a ruined birthday surprise. ---- Florist's Response: Robert, We are very sorry for the confusion. you called me and we explained was a mistake.
