Flowers were beautiful. 4 stars because I was still charged $13 for delivery even though the distance between the flower shop and where I sent it was legitimately 2 Minutes away.... mabye 3/4 of a mile.

Probably because we added some extra roses and flower pics to make your anniversary gift extra special, hand delivering it to the second floor. There is a standard delivery charge for any Vineland delivery, which is clearly listed when your order is placed. These charges simply cover our costs. When placing your order and seeing that charge, if you had called into the shop we certainly would have reduced your charges by the delivery amount, given your close proximity. We are a small business that takes great pride in our mostly positive reviews. Before leaving a negative review for any business in the future, please consider this and call in next time you place an order so we can come to a fair agreement. We have refunded you this $12.95.
